Self Care isn't Selfish

We know that it’s important to show compassion for others, but how often do we show that same level of kindness to ourselves? 

Self-pampering is a great way to take time out to relax. This can reduce both the mental and physical effects of stress, improving your quality of life.  So, pampering yourself absolutely counts as self-care. And self-care isn’t selfish, it’s necessary.
